All that I had hoped for in a trainer
Pros: Quiet...all you hear is the bike. Heavy...yes, that's a good thing! Solidly built with a reputation for standing behind their product. Looks great!
Cons: Instructions were not the best, but it still only took me <10 minutes to put it together. A bit pricey.
Would recommend to a friend for sure!

I've just bought this last week and have ridden about 300 miles on it so far. I previously bought the Bell Motivator Mag Trainer but that has zero resistance, so I bought the CycleOps fluid2.
